नबिल बैंकका कर्मचारीको अवकाश कोष अब नागरिक लगानी कोषमार्फत व्यवस्थापन हुनेNabil Bank Signs Agreement with Citizens Investment Trust for Employee Retirement Fund Management
काठमाडौं । Citizens Investment Trust र Nabil Bank बीच बैंकका कर्मचारीहरूको अवकाश कोष व्यवस्थापनसम्बन्धी सम्झौता भएको छ ।
सम्झौतामा कोषका निर्देशक छबिरमण अधिकारी र बैंकका मानव संसाधन विभाग प्रमुख दिवस कार्कीले हस्ताक्षर गरेका हुन् ।
सम्झौताअनुसार बैंकका कर्मचारीहरूको उपदान तथा अतिरिक्त अवकाश कोष नागरिक लगानी कोषमार्फत व्यवस्थापन गरिनेछ । कर्मचारीहरूले नियमित रूपमा कोषमा रकम जम्मा गर्नेछन् भने सेवा निवृत्त भएपछि आवश्यक प्रक्रिया पूरा गरी अवकाश रकम प्राप्त गर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ ।
यससँगै कर्मचारीहरूले कोषमा जम्मा भएको रकममा ब्याज, प्रतिफल तथा अन्य सेवा–सुविधा पनि प्राप्त गर्नेछन् ।
Kathmandu — Citizens Investment Trust and Nabil Bank have signed an agreement to manage the retirement funds of the bank’s employees.
The agreement was signed by CIT Director Chhabiraman Adhikari and Nabil Bank Human Resources Head Diwas Karki.
Under the agreement, the bank’s gratuity and additional retirement funds will now be managed through the Citizens Investment Trust. Employees will contribute regularly to the fund, and retirement benefits will be provided after completing the required procedures upon retirement.
Employees will also receive interest, returns, and other facilities on the amount deposited in the fund as per existing rules and regulations.
