नबिल बैंक लिमिटेडले आज, भदौ १७ गते सोमबार, विशेष साधारण सभा आयोजना गर्दैछ। सभा भर्चुअल माध्यम (जुम) मार्फत बिहान ११ बजेदेखि सुरु हुनेछ। बैंकले ‘नबिल ८% अविमोच्य असञ्चिति अग्राधिकार सेयर’ जारी गर्ने प्रस्ताव पेश गर्ने तयारी गरेको छ।

सभाको मिति र समय: आज, भदौ १७ गते सोमबार, बिहान ११ बजे जुम मार्फत।
प्रस्ताव: ‘नबिल ८% अविमोच्य असञ्चिति अग्राधिकार सेयर’ जारी गर्ने प्रस्ताव पेश गरिने।
बुक क्लोज: सभाको प्रयोजनका लागि बैंकले भदौ ७ गते बुक क्लोज गरिसकेको छ।
सभामा सहभागिता: भदौ ६ गतेसम्म कायम सेयरधनीहरू मात्र सभामा सहभागी हुन पाउनेछन्।
बैंकको विशेष साधारण सभामा सहभागी भई उक्त प्रस्तावमाथि छलफल हुनेछ।
