Nepal Life Insurance Concludes 25th Annual General Meeting, Approves 21.05% Dividend

Nepal Life Insurance has successfully concluded its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) under the chairmanship of Board of Directors Chairman Govind Lal Sanghai. The AGM discussed and approved the Annual Progress Report, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement for the fiscal year 2080/81. Additionally, an auditor was appointed for the fiscal year 2081/82.

The meeting approved a 21.05% dividend, including 10% bonus shares and 11.05% cash dividend, as proposed by the board of directors. The total dividend amount stands at Rs. 1.72 billion (Rs. 1,72,79,92,959).
