NIC Asia Bank Seeks Approval to Issue NPR 5 Billion Bond, Plans Public and Private Placement

Bond Name: This bond has been named “NIC Asia Bank Bond 2091.”
Term and Interest Rate: This 10-year bond will offer an annual interest rate of 8%.
Sales Manager: Prabhu Capital will manage the issuance and sale of these bonds.
