काठमाडौं — नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले फायरवाल तथा नेटवर्क व्यवस्थापनका लागि आवश्यक उपकरण खरिद गर्न राष्ट्रिय प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक बोलपत्र आह्वान गरेको छ। बोर्डले फायरवाल, लेयर–३ म्यानेजेबल स्विच र लेयर–२ म्यानेजेबल स्विचको आपूर्ति, डेलिभरी तथा जडानका लागि बोलपत्र माग गरेको हो।
बोर्डले ‘सिंगल स्टेज टु इन्भेलोप’ प्रक्रियामार्फत बोलपत्र आह्वान गरेको छ। यसअनुसार इच्छुक बोलपत्रदाताले प्राविधिक प्रस्ताव र मूल्य प्रस्ताव छुट्टाछुट्टै खाममा पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ।
बोलपत्रसम्बन्धी कागजात सार्वजनिक खरिद अनुगमन कार्यालयको ई–जीपी प्रणालीमार्फत प्राप्त गर्न सकिने बोर्डले जनाएको छ। बोलपत्र कागजातको शुल्क ३ हजार रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ।
बोर्डले भदौ ५ गते दिउँसो २:३० बजे पूर्वबोलपत्र बैठक आयोजना गर्ने जनाएको छ। इच्छुक कम्पनीले भदौ १५ गते दिउँसो १२ बजेसम्म विद्युतीय माध्यमबाट बोलपत्र पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ। सोही दिन दिउँसो १ बजे बोलपत्र खोलिनेछ।
बोलपत्र ९० दिनसम्म मान्य हुनुपर्नेछ भने कम्तीमा १ लाख ४० हजार रुपैयाँ बराबरको बोलपत्र जमानत राख्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। उक्त जमानत बोलपत्रको वैधता अवधि समाप्त भएको ३० दिनपछिसम्म कायम हुनुपर्नेछ।
धितोपत्र बजारको नियामक निकायका रूपमा रहेको बोर्डले सूचना प्रविधि पूर्वाधार थप सुरक्षित र व्यवस्थित बनाउन नेटवर्क तथा साइबर सुरक्षासम्बन्धी उपकरण खरिद प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएको देखिन्छ।
Kathmandu — The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has invited bids for the procurement of information technology equipment, including a firewall and network switches. The tender covers the supply, delivery and installation of a firewall, Layer 3 manageable switches and Layer 2 manageable switches under a national competitive bidding process.
The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Under this system, bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals separately, with both enclosed in a single sealed package.
Interested bidders can obtain the bidding documents through the Public Procurement Monitoring Office’s e-GP system. The cost of the bidding document has been fixed at Rs 3,000.
SEBON will hold a pre-bid meeting at its office in Khumaltar, Lalitpur, at 2:30 pm on Bhadra 5, 2083. Electronic bids must be submitted through the e-GP system by 12 noon on Bhadra 15, 2083. The bids will be opened at 1 pm on the same day at SEBON’s office.
The bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening. Bidders are also required to submit a minimum bid security of Rs 140,000, which must remain valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
The procurement indicates SEBON’s move to strengthen its information technology and network security infrastructure through upgraded firewall and switching equipment.
