काठमाडौं — सिद्धार्थ बैंक लिमिटेडले संस्थापक सेयरधनीको स्वामित्वमा रहेको ४ लाख ६९ हजार १२२ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ। बैंकले उक्त सेयर खरिदका लागि आवेदन खुला गरेको हो।
बिक्रीमा राखिएको सेयरमध्ये १ लाख ५७ हजार ४७९ कित्ता विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीका लागि छुट्याइएको छ। उनीहरूले सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिनभित्र खरिद आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
बाँकी ३ लाख ११ हजार ६४३ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयरमा सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्ताले समेत आवेदन दिन सक्ने बैंकले जनाएको छ। यसका लागि पनि ३५ दिनको समयसीमा तोकिएको छ।
तोकिएको अवधिमा संस्थापक सेयरधनीबाट पर्याप्त आवेदन नपरे बाँकी सेयर अन्य व्यक्ति तथा संस्थालाई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइनेछ।
इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताले आफूले खरिद गर्न चाहेको सेयर संख्या उल्लेख गरी काठमाडौंको नक्सालस्थित बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा रहेको कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालयमा लिखित आवेदन दिनुपर्ने बैंकले जनाएको छ।
Kathmandu — Siddhartha Bank Limited has offered 469,122 promoter shares for sale, opening the application process for eligible buyers.
Of the total shares on offer, 157,479 units have been reserved for the bank’s existing promoter shareholders. Interested promoters must submit their applications within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.
The remaining 311,643 promoter shares are also open to general investors. They are required to apply within the same 35-day period.
If the existing promoter shareholders do not apply for all the shares available to them within the deadline, the remaining shares may subsequently be offered to other individuals and institutions.
Interested applicants must clearly state the number of shares they wish to purchase and submit a written application to the Office of the Company Secretary at Siddhartha Bank’s central office in Naxal, Kathmandu.
