यस कम्पनीको संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो स्वामित्वमा रहेको २४,८९८ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न इच्छुक भै यस कम्पनी समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएको र श्री नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणबाट जारी बीमाको संस्थापक शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका २०७७" अनुसार विद्यमान शेयरधनीहरुलाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने प्रावधान भएकोले उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न योग्य इच्छुक विद्यमान शेयरधनीहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागजात प्रमाण (Fit & Proper Test) संलग्न गरी यस कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय मैतिदेवी, काठमाडौंमा आइपुग्ने गरी निवेदन दिनुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं।
उल्लेखित शेयरको बिक्री मूल्य बिक्रेताले तोके बमोजिम हुनेछ। उक्त म्यादभित्र कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार निवेदकको माग बमोजिम अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई नामसारीका लागि सिफारिस अघि बढाइने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।

Urgent Notice Regarding 35-Day Promoter Share Sale!
A promoter shareholder of this company has expressed interest in selling 24,898 units of promoter shares owned by them and has submitted an application to this company. As per the "Insurance Promoter Share Transaction Directive 2077" issued by the Nepal Insurance Authority, existing shareholders are to be given priority. Therefore, eligible and interested existing shareholders are requested to submit an application along with necessary documents (Fit & Proper Test) to the company's central office in Maitidevi, Kathmandu, within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice.
The selling price of the aforementioned shares will be as determined by the seller. If no application is received from existing promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned, including the process of recommending the transfer of ownership to other individuals or institutions as per the applicant's request and prevailing regulations.
