नगद लाभांश वितरण सम्बन्धी सूचना ।
यस सिद्धार्थ बैंक लिमिटेडको मिति २०८३/०६/२८ गते सम्पन्न भएको २५ औं वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट बैंकका शेयरधनीहरूलाई १० प्रतिशत बोनश शेयर तथा १० प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (कर प्रयोजनका लागि समेत) वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित भए बमोजिम उक्त साधारण सभा प्रयोजनार्थ शेयरधनी दर्ता पुस्तिका बन्द हुँदाका बखत अभौतिक रुपमा शेयर धारण गर्नुभएका शेयरधनीहरूको हितग्राही खातामा अद्यावधिक गरिएको बैंक खातामा मिति २०८३/०६/२८ गतेदेखि नै नगद लाभांश जम्मा गरिएको व्यहोरा यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराईन्छ ।
यसैगरी हितग्राही खातामा बैंक खाता अद्यावधिक नगराउनु भएका शेयरधनी महानुभावहरूलाई आफ्नो निक्षेप सदस्यकोमा सम्पर्क गरी बैंक खाता अद्यावधिक गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं । यसैगरी, भौतिक रुपमा शेयर धारण गर्नुभएका शेयरधनीहरूको हकमा पनि शेयर अभौतिकीकरण भए पश्चात् मात्र नगद लाभांश बैंक खातामा तथा बोनस शेयर हितग्राही खातामा जम्मा गरिने हुँदा आफ्नो शेयर अभौतिकीकरण गराउनु हुन समेत यसै सूचनाद्वारा अनुरोध गरिन्छ ।
साथै, उक्त शेयर मिति २०८३/०६/१५ गतेसम्ममा धितो बन्धक राखी कर्जा लिएका शेयरधनीहरूको नगद लाभांश सम्बन्धित बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाबाट No Objection Letter प्राप्त भए पश्चात् मात्र बैंक खातामा जम्मा गरिने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराउँदछौं । अन्य थप जानकारीका लागि यस कम्पनीको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार सिद्धार्थ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, नारायणचौर, नक्साल, काठमाडौंमा सम्पर्क राख्नुहुन समेत अनुरोध छ ।
Notice Regarding Cash Dividend Distribution.
As the proposal to distribute 10 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes) to the shareholders of Siddhartha Bank Limited was approved by its 25th Annual General Meeting held on 2083/06/28, this notice hereby informs that the cash dividend has been deposited starting from 2083/06/28 into the bank accounts updated in the Demat accounts of the shareholders who held dematerialized shares at the time of the book closure for the purpose of the said Annual General Meeting.
Similarly, shareholders who have not updated their bank details in their Demat account are requested to contact their Depository Participant (DP) and update their bank account details. Likewise, for shareholders holding shares in physical form, the cash dividend will be deposited into their bank accounts and bonus shares into their Demat accounts only after the dematerialization of shares; therefore, they are requested to get their shares dematerialized.
Furthermore, the cash dividend of shareholders who pledged their shares as collateral for loans up to the date 2083/06/15 will be deposited into their bank accounts only after obtaining a No Objection Letter from the concerned bank or financial institution.
