सामूहिक लगानी कोषहरुको लागि छुट्याइएको साधारण शेयरको लक-इन (Lock-In) अवधि समाप्ति सम्बन्धी सूचना
श्री नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको पत्र संख्या २०८०/०८१, चलानी नं. १२२३, मिति २०८०/०८/२५ को निर्देशननुसार यस भुजुङ्ग हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडको जारी पूँजी रु. १,००,००,००,०००/- (एक अर्ब मात्र) को १०% अर्थात रु. १०,००,००,०००/- (दश करोड मात्र) रकम बराबरको रु. १००/- अंकित दरको १०,००,००० (दश लाख मात्र) कित्ता साधारण शेयरको ५% अर्थात ५०,००० (पचास हजार मात्र) कित्ता साधारण शेयर सामूहिक लगानी कोषहरुलाई बाँडफाँड गरिएकोमा उक्त शेयरहरुको लक-इन (Lock-In) अवधि सर्वसाधारणमा बाँडफाँड भएको मितिले छ (६) महिना अर्थात २०८३/०४/२६ (२०२६/०८/११) मा लक-इन अवधि समाप्त हुने व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण लगानीकर्ता एवं सम्बन्धित सबै सरोकारवालाहरुमा जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
Notice regarding the expiry of the Lock-In period for ordinary shares allocated to Collective Investment Funds
As per the directive of Nepal Securities Board letter number 2080/081, dispatch number 1223, dated 2080/08/25, Bhujung Hydropower Limited's issued capital of Rs. 1,00,00,00,000/- (One Billion Only), 10% of which is Rs. 10,00,00,000/- (Ten Crore Only), equivalent to 10,00,000 (Ten Lakh Only) units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs. 100/-, and 5% of ordinary shares, i.e., 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Only) units of ordinary shares, were allotted to Collective Investment Funds. The lock-in period for these shares will expire six (6) months from the date of allotment to the general public, i.e., on 2083/04/26 (2026/08/11). This notice has been published for the information of all investors and concerned stakeholders.
