Fourth Quarter Disclosure as of 32 Ashadh 2083 (16 July 2026) as per Securities registration and issuance regulation Annexure-14 (related to Sub regulation I of Regulation 26)
1. Financial Statement
a) The unaudited financial statements for the third quarter and the financial ratios have been published along with this report.
2. Management Analysis
Any change in the stock, income and liquidity during the quarter and reason for change, if any:
• This company began commercial production regularly from Baisakh 6, 2081, and has been regularly receiving payments for electricity sales through the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) for the electricity sold.
• During this quarter, the Company generated revenue amounting to NPR 4,59,90,338.
• Sufficient stock levels are maintained to support the normal and efficient operation of the plant, and there are no exceptional changes.
• In the coming fiscal year, the company plans to focus on maximizing electricity generation by bringing the company's installed capacity to its highest point, and to operate the project with maximum management efficiency.
3. Legal Proceedings Details
• To date, no information has been received regarding any lawsuit filed against the company demanding financial claims, nor has any information been received regarding any case filed concerning financial crimes committed by any director or executive.
4. Share Transaction of the Company
a) During the quarter share of the company has been actively traded under script name "BJHL". Share prices has been determined by the open market operation.
b) Major highlights of shares transaction during the quarter are as follows:-
Maximum Price-NPR 1300, Minimum Price-NPR 657, Closing Price NPR 681.
5. Problems and Challenges
Internal Challenges
• Retention challenges and shortage of skilled human resources.
• To maintain operational efficiency.
External Challenges
• Frequent erosion and structural damage caused by floods and high sediment loads.
• Unavailability of domestic suppliers and vendors for hydropower equipment and spare parts.
• Increasing pressure from local communities with demands for employment, contracts, and CSR support.
• Non-Dispatch instructions and forced outage issued by NEA.
