Subject: Regarding the expiry of the Lock-In Period.

Sir/Madam,

In the above context, as per the directive of the Nepal Securities Board, the Lock-In Period for 50,000/- (fifty thousand only) units of ordinary shares of Bhujung Hydropower Limited allotted to Collective Investment Schemes will expire after (6) months from the date of allotment to the general public, i.e., on 2082/08/26 (2026-08-11). Therefore, for the information of all regulatory bodies, investors, and stakeholders, we hereby inform that a notice will be published in the Nepal Samacharpatra daily on Friday, 2083/03/26, as per the regulations.

Additionally, we inform that a copy of the said notice has been sent along with this letter.
