बुद्धभूमि नेपाल हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडको हकप्रद शेयरको बिक्री खुल्ला गरी आवेदन माग गरिएकोमा सर्वसाधारण समूहअन्तर्गतको तपसिल बमोजिमको शेयरहरु बाँकी रहेको हुँदा उक्त शेयरहरु खरिद गर्न योग्य इच्छुक जो कोही व्यक्ति, कम्पनी, संघ, संस्थाहरुले मिति २०८३ साल जेष्ठ २९ गतेभित्र देहाय बमोजिमको स्थानहरुमा आइपुग्ने गरी प्रति कित्ताका कति दर रेटमा लिन कबुल गर्ने हो सो समेत खुलाई गोप्य शिलबन्दी बोलपत्र पेश गर्न हुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ।
बोलपत्रद्वारा बिक्री गरिने शेयरको विवरण: ४,७४,६९६ कित्ता शेयर।

नोट: बोलपत्रहरु सम्पूर्ण संकलन केन्द्रहरुबाट बिक्री प्रबन्धकको कार्यालयमा संकलन भए पश्चात् बोलपत्र खोलिने मिति समय र स्थान उल्लेख गरी राष्ट्रिय स्तरको पत्रिकामा सूचना प्रकाशन गरी जानकारी गराइनेछ।

Notice Regarding Sale of Shares through Sealed Bid Tender
As Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited had opened the sale of its rights shares and invited applications, and some shares belonging to the general public group remain unsold as per the details below, any interested individual, company, association, or institution eligible to purchase these shares is requested to submit a sealed bid tender by 2083 Jestha 29, stating the rate per share they are willing to offer at the locations mentioned below.
Details of shares to be sold through tender: 4,74,696 units of shares.

1. NIC ASIA Capital Limited, Trade Tower Nepal, Thapathali-11, Kathmandu.
2. Branch offices of NIC ASIA Bank Limited: respectively (1) Biratnagar-3, Morang (2) Adarshnagar, Birgunj (3) Mahendrapul, Pokhara (4) Shrawanpath, Butwal (5) Hospital Line, Dhangadhi (6) Birendranagar, Surkhet (7) Panchakanya, Nuwakot (8) Trishuli, Nuwakot (9) Narayanagadh, Chitwan and (10) Nepalgunj, Banke.
Start date for submitting sealed bids: 2083/02/21.
Last date for submitting sealed bids: 2083/02/29 until banking hours.
Minimum price: Rs.100/- per share.

Note: After all tender forms are collected from the collection centers and gathered at the sales manager's office, information regarding the date, time, and location for opening the tenders will be published in a national-level newspaper.
