यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयरहरु बिक्रीको लागि प्रोग्रेशिभ फाइनान्स लिमिटेड समक्ष लिखित रुपमा निवेदन दिनुभएकोमा हाल यस फाइनान्समा कायम रहेका इच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीले संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८३/०४/१२ गतेको सौर्यराष्ट्रिय दैनिकमा ३५ (पैंतीस) दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरेकोमा बिद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले शेयर खरिद नगरेकोले यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था सम्बन्धी ऐन, २०७३ र नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले यस सम्बन्धमा वित्तीय संस्थाहरुलाई जारी गरेको निर्देशन तथा अन्य प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम उपरोक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न ईच्छुक सर्वसाधारणले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ (पन्ध्र) दिन भित्र मापदण्ड पुरा हुने गरी आवश्यक कागजातसहित यस फाइनान्सको कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालयमा लिखित निवेदन सहित सम्पर्क गर्न हुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
Important Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares
(Date of Publication: 2083 Ashwin 06, Tuesday, Saurya National Daily)
As the promoter shareholders of this financial institution have submitted a written application to Progressive Finance Limited for the sale of promoter shares held in their names, and whereas a 35 (thirty-five) days public notice was published in Saurya National Daily on date 2083/04/12 for the information of existing interested promoter shareholders of this finance to purchase the promoter shares, this notice has been published as the existing promoter shareholders did not purchase the shares. In accordance with the Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 2073, directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank to financial institutions in this regard, and other prevailing laws, the general public interested in purchasing the said promoter shares are requested to contact the Company Secretary's office of this Finance with a written application along with necessary documents, fulfilling the criteria within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.
