संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री बारेको १५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना
यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनी श्री दिनेश कुमार साहले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको कुल ४,४१४ (चार हजार चार सय चौध) कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक स्वीकृतिको लागि वित्तीय संस्थाको सञ्चालक समिति समक्ष आवेदन दिनु भएकोले यस वित्तीय संस्थाको विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि २०८३ आषाढ २ गतेको नेपाल समाचारपत्र राष्ट्रिय दैनिक पत्रिकामा सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको थियो । उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुबाट निवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले न्यूनतम मूल्य प्रति कित्ता रु. ४७५।- कायम हुने गरी खरिद गर्न इच्छुक व्यक्ति वा संस्थाको लागि नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले तोकेको मापदण्ड Fit and Proper Test को व्यवस्थालाई परिपालना हुने संस्थापक शेयरधनी हुन योग्यता पुगेको व्यहोरा खुल्ने कागजात तथा अन्य विवरणहरु सहित यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ दिन भित्र यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, मध्यबानेश्वर, काठमाडौँमा निवेदन पेस गर्नु हुन यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

15-Day Public Notice Regarding Promoter Share Sale
This financial institution's promoter shareholder, Mr. Dinesh Kumar Sah, had applied to the Board of Directors of the financial institution for the necessary approval to sell a total of 4,414 (four thousand four hundred fourteen) promoter shares registered in his name. A notice was published in the Nepal Samacharpatra National Daily newspaper on 2083 Ashadh 2 for the information of the existing promoter shareholders of this financial institution. Since no applications were received from the existing promoters to purchase the said shares, this notice has been published for interested individuals or institutions to submit applications within 15 days from the date of this notice at the central office of this financial institution, Madhyabaneshwor, Kathmandu, along with documents proving eligibility to be a promoter shareholder in compliance with the Fit and Proper Test criteria set by Nepal Rastra Bank, and other details, with a minimum price of रु. 475।- per share.
