क) Electricity sales from this company's Upper Chirkhwa Khola Hydropower Project commenced on 2081/2/20.

ख) Up to this quarterly period, the company has no other new business plans.

ग) There is no information on any events or circumstances that could have a material impact on the company's inventory, profit, or cash flow.

3. Details Regarding Legal Proceedings:

During this quarterly period, no lawsuits have been filed by or against the company, nor is there any information regarding any lawsuits filed by or against the company's promoters or directors concerning violation of prevailing regulations, criminal offenses, or economic crimes.

4. Analysis of Company's Share Transactions:

As the share trading of the institution in the securities market has taken place in accordance with the general principles and rules of share trading, the institution has no specific view. There are no internal problems and challenges to be borne by the institution, and among external challenges, although natural disasters such as floods, landslides, and earthquakes exist at the project site, these disasters have not affected the project up to this period.
