लक इन (Lock In) अवधि समाप्त हुने सम्बन्धी सूचना
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको पत्र संख्या ८०/८१ चलानी नं. १५२३ मिति २०८०/०८/२५ गतेको निर्देशन बमोजिम यस कम्पनीको नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डमा दर्ता भएको कुल ५,००,००,००० कित्ता शेयरहरु (बोनस शेयर सहित) मध्ये देहाय बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयरधनी र कर्मचारीहरुको स्वामित्वमा रहेको शेयरको मिति २०८३/०५/२७ गते लक इनको समयावधि समाप्त हुने हुँदा सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनी महानुभावहरु, नियामक निकायहरु तथा सम्पूर्ण सरोकारवालाहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

१. संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको शेयर ३,५०,००,००० कित्ता
२. कम्पनीका कर्मचारीहरुको शेयर ७,५०,००० कित्ता
द्रष्टव्य: सञ्चालक तथा कम्पनीको उच्च व्यवस्थापकीय पदमा कार्यरत कर्मचारीहरुको हकमा नियमानुसार शेयर रोक्का रहने छ ।
Notice Regarding the Expiry of Lock-In Period
As per the directive of Securities Board of Nepal vide letter no. 80/81 dispatch no. 1523 dated 2080/08/25, out of the total 5,00,00,000 registered shares of this company in Securities Board of Nepal (including bonus shares), the lock-in period for the shares held by promoter shareholders and employees as detailed below will expire on 2083/05/27. Hence, this notice is published for the information of all shareholders, regulatory bodies, and all stakeholders.
