सिटिजन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले सम्पत्ति शुद्धीकरण निवारण सम्बन्धी जारी कानूनी व्यवस्था बमोजिम विद्यमान बीमित ग्राहकहरुको ग्राहक पहिचान विवरणहरु अद्यावधिक गरी राख्नुपर्ने भएकोले ग्राहक महानुभावहरुले आफ्नो राष्ट्रिय परिचय पत्र (National ID Card) तथा हालसालै खिचिएको पासपोर्ट साइजको फोटो सहित आफ्नो नजिकको शाखा/उपशाखा कार्यालयमा उपस्थित भई आफ्नो ग्राहक पहिचान फाराम (KYC Form) भरी अनिवार्य रुपमा अद्यावधिक गराउनु हुन सम्बन्धित बीमित ग्राहक महानुभावहरुमा हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
विविध कारणवश कम्पनीको कार्यालयमा उपस्थित हुन असमर्थ बीमित महानुभावहरुले आफ्नो सम्बन्धित अभिकर्ता वा कम्पनीको website (https://citizenlifenepal.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/KYC-Form.pdf) बाट ग्राहक पहिचान फाराम (KYC Form) प्राप्त गरी कम्पनीको ग्राहक सेवा तथा संरक्षण विभागको इमेल ठेगाना [email protected] तथा WhatsApp no. +977-9847386813 मा अद्यावधिक ग्राहक पहिचान फाराम (KYC Form) पठाई आफ्नो विवरण अद्यावधिक गर्न सकिने बेहोरा समेत अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited, in accordance with the legal provisions issued regarding anti-money laundering, is required to keep the Know Your Customer (KYC) details of existing insured customers updated. Therefore, we kindly request all concerned insured customers to visit their nearest branch/sub-branch office with their National ID Card and a recently taken passport-sized photo, fill out the KYC Form, and compulsorily update their details.
Insured customers who are unable to visit the company's office for various reasons are also requested to obtain the KYC Form from their concerned agent or the company's website (https://citizenlifenepal.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/KYC-Form.pdf) and send the updated KYC Form along with their details to the email address of the company's Customer Service and Protection Department, [email protected], and WhatsApp no. +977-9847386813 to update their details.
