सिटिजन्स बैंक इन्टरनेसनल लिमिटेडका संस्थापक समूहका शेयरधनी श्री रोशन श्रेष्ठले २६४,०६१.५८ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्नको लागि यस बैंकमा निवेदन दिनु भएकोमा बैंकका सम्पूर्ण संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८१/०१/२६ को नेपाली हिमालय टाइम्स राष्ट्रिय दैनिकमा ३५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्नको लागि निवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले उल्लेखित शेयर खरिद गर्न चाहने सर्वसाधारणहरुको जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८१/१२/११ र मिति २०८२/१०/२० को नेपाली हिमालय टाइम्स राष्ट्रिय दैनिकमा ३५ दिने र १५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको र उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्नको लागि निवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले उल्लेखित शेयर खरिद गर्न चाहने सर्वसाधारण तथा संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८३/०२/१९ को नेपाली हिमालय टाइम्स राष्ट्रिय दैनिकमा पुनः १५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा १५०,००० कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर मिति २०८३/०४/१५ मा नेप्सेबाट खरिद/बिक्री भैसकेको हुनाले, शेयरधनी श्री रोशन श्रेष्ठले बाँकी ११४,०६१.५८ (र बैंकको २० औं वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट पारित बोनस शेयर समेत) कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्नको लागि पुनः निवेदन पेश गर्नुभएको हुनाले सर्वसाधारण तथा संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
अतः प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न योग्यतम व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई उपरोक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरि लिन इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ दिन भित्र बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय नारायणहिटी पथमा निवेदन दिनु हुन अनुरोध छ ।
Notice of Citizens Bank International Limited

As the promoter shareholder of Citizens Bank International Limited, Mr. Roshan Shrestha, had submitted an application to this bank to sell 264,061.58 units of promoter shares, a 35-day public notice was published in the Nepali Himalaya Times National Daily on 2081/01/26 for the information of all promoter shareholders of the bank. Since no application was received to purchase the said shares, a 35-day and 15-day public notice was published in the Nepali Himalaya Times National Daily on 2081/12/11 and 2082/10/20 for the information of the general public wishing to purchase the mentioned shares. Since no application was received to purchase the said shares, a 15-day public notice was published again in the Nepali Himalaya Times National Daily on 2083/02/19 for the information of the general public and promoter shareholders. Out of those, 150,000 units of promoter shares have already been bought/sold through NEPSE on 2083/04/15. Therefore, as the shareholder Mr. Roshan Shrestha has submitted a re-application to sell the remaining 114,061.58 units of promoter shares (including the bonus shares approved by the bank's 20th Annual General Meeting), this notice has been published for the information of the general public and promoter shareholders.
Hence, eligible individuals or institutions qualified to purchase promoter shares under the prevailing laws, who wish to purchase the aforementioned promoter shares, are requested to submit an application to the bank's Central Office at Narayanhiti Path within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
