सिटिजन्स बैंक इन्टरनेसनल लिमिटेडका संस्थापक समूहका शेयरधनी श्री प्रदिप चन्द्र पोखरेलले ९,९२३.२६/- कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्नको लागि यस बैंकमा निवेदन दिनु भएकोमा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशन बमोजिम संस्थापक समूहको शेयर खरिद/बिक्री गर्दा आफ्नै संस्थापकलाई पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनु पर्ने र यसरी खरिद/बिक्री गर्दा सो शेयर खरिद/बिक्री हुन नसकेको अवस्थामा मात्र अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशनको अधिनमा रही उपरोक्त शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्नु पर्ने भएकोले बैंकका सम्पूर्ण संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
अतः कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई उपरोक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरि लिन इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिनभित्र बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय नारायणहिटी पथमा निवेदन दिनु हुन अनुरोध छ। अन्यथा सो म्याद व्यतीत भए पश्चात सर्वसाधारणलाई बिक्रीको लागि प्रक्रिया अगाडी बढाइने छ।

Since Mr. Pradeep Chandra Pokharel, a promoter shareholder of Citizens Bank International Limited, has applied to this bank to sell 9,923.26/- units of promoter shares, as per the Unified Directives of Nepal Rastra Bank, first priority must be given to existing promoters when buying/selling promoter group shares, and only in the event that such shares cannot be bought/sold to existing promoters, they shall be sold to other individuals or institutions subject to the Unified Directives of Nepal Rastra Bank; hence, this notice is published for the information of all promoter shareholders of the bank.
Therefore, any promoter shareholder interested in purchasing the aforementioned promoter shares is requested to submit an application to the bank's Central Office at Narayanhiti Path within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice. Otherwise, after the expiry of the deadline, the process for selling to the general public will be initiated.
