श्री शेयरधनी महानुभावहरु ।
यस दरमखोला हाइड्रो इनर्जी लिमिटेडको मिति २०८१/०४/२२ मा बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकको निर्णय बमोजिम मिति २०८१/०५/१४ गते आईतबारका दिन दिउसो २:०० बजेको समयमा किम्ची रेष्टुरेन्ट, अनामनगर, काठमाण्डौँमा गर्ने भनिएको निर्धारित आ.व. २०८१/०८२ को वार्षिक साधारण सभा मिति २०८१/०५/१० गते विहान करिव ८: ३७ बजेको समयमा चिन तथा नेपालको सिमा क्षेत्रमा अवस्थित हिमताल विष्फोट भई चिनको रसुवागढी भन्सार कार्यालय हुँदै बहने भोटेकोशी खोलामा आएको बाढी पहिरोबाट प्रभावित क्षेत्र रसुवा, नुवाकोट, धादिङ्ग, गोरखा, चितवन लगायत अन्य जिल्ला भएको ठुलो विपत्ति बाढीबाट हजारौ संख्यामा जनधनको क्षती लगायत भौतिक तथा आर्थिक क्षति भई देश नै शोकाकुल भएको अवस्थामा र केही कम्पनीको शेयरधनीहरुबाट वार्षिक साधारण सभामा उपस्थित हुन नसक्ने जानकारी सहितको अनुरोध कम्पनीमा भएको हुँदा उक्त असहज परिस्थितिको कारण निर्धारित आ.व. को वार्षिक साधारण सभा अर्को सुचना नभए सम्मको लागि साधारण सभा स्थगन गर्न मिति २०८१/५/१२ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकको निर्णय भएको हुँदा सोही बमोजिम सर्वसाधारण शेयरधनी महानुभाव र सरोकारवालाहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

Notice Regarding Annual General Meeting

Respected Shareholders,
As per the decision of the Board of Directors meeting of this Daramkhola Hydro Energy Limited held on 2081/04/22, the Annual General Meeting for the F.Y. 2081/082 scheduled to be held on Sunday, 2081/05/14 at 2:00 PM at Kimchee Restaurant, Anamnagar, Kathmandu; on 2081/05/10 at around 8:37 AM, a glacial lake outburst occurred along the China-Nepal border region causing massive flood and landslide through the Bhotekoshi river flowing past the Rasuwagadhi customs office of China, severely affecting districts including Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading, Gorkha, Chitwan and other areas, resulting in huge loss of thousands of lives and property as well as physical and financial damage leaving the entire nation in mourning, and as requests have been received from several company shareholders informing their inability to attend the Annual General Meeting, the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 2081/5/12 has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting of the scheduled F.Y. until further notice due to the prevailing unfavorable circumstances. Hence, this notice has been published for the information of all valued shareholders and concerned stakeholders.
