Even in adverse business environments such as economic recession, rise in prices of energy and food items, and anti-microfinance activities, the institution's business has remained smooth. Non-performing loans stand at 6.49 percent due to the continuity of activities like creating anti-microfinance institution sentiments in urban areas and inciting non-payment of loans. Management is continuously active in keeping this under control. All loans invested after Magh 1, 2079 have been protected under the loan protection fund. Overdue loans are also included in said protection.
