२. व्यवस्थापकीय विश्लेषण :
यस त्रैमासिक अवधिमा संस्थाको मौज्दात, आम्दानी र तरलतामा उल्लेखनिय परिवर्तन छैन । कम्पनीको व्यवसायिक योजना अनुरूप नै कार्यहरु हुदैछन् । यस त्रैमासिक अवधिमा विद्युत विक्रिबाट हुने आम्दानी सन्तोषजनक रहेको पाईएको छ ।
३. कानुनी कारबाही सम्बन्धी विवरण :
यस त्रैमासिकमा संस्थाले कसै विरुद्ध र कसैले संस्था विरुद्ध साथै संस्थापक र सञ्चालक विरुद्ध कुनै मुद्दा मामिला परे/गरेको छैन ।
४. संगठित संस्थाको शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी विश्लेषणः
धितोपत्र बजारमा संस्थाको शेयर कारोबार निम्नानुसार सामान्य प्रकृति बाटै भएको छ । यस त्रैमासिक अवधिमा

५. समस्या तथा चुनौती :
समयमा बृद्धि हुँदा पनि साना खाले विद्युत आयोजनाको मूल्य समाहीत हुन नसक्नु यस क्षेत्रको चुनौती बनेको छ । आइपर्ने समस्या र चुनौती समाधानका उपायहरु बारे सञ्चालक समितिले समय समयमा समिक्षा गरि रणनीति बनाई सो को निराकरण गर्न खोजेको छ ।

संस्थागत सुशासनका लागि व्यवस्थापनले कर्मचारी वृत्ति विकास, आवश्यक कार्यकक्ष र सामाग्रिहरूको समुचित व्यवस्था कार्यका लागि उचित वातावरण तयार गर्ने गरेको छ ।

2. Management Analysis:
There is no significant change in the institution's balance, income, and liquidity during this quarterly period. Operations are progressing according to the company's business plan. Income from electricity sales during this quarterly period has been found to be satisfactory.
3. Legal Proceedings Details:
In this quarter, no lawsuits have been filed by or against the institution, nor against the promoters and directors.
4. Analysis of Share Trading of the Corporate Body:

5. Problems and Challenges:
Inability to incorporate the cost of small-scale hydropower projects despite growth over time remains a challenge in this sector. The Board of Directors reviews solutions for arising problems and challenges from time to time, formulates strategies, and seeks to resolve them.

For corporate governance, management creates a suitable environment for employee career development, necessary workspaces, and proper arrangement of materials.
