संस्थापक तथा सर्वसाधारण शेयरको एकीकृत (Uniform) ISIN कायम गरिएको सम्बन्धमा
यस इमर्जिङ्ग नेपाल लिमिटेडको संस्थापक तथा सर्वसाधारण शेयरका लागि यसअघि छुट्टाछुट्टै ISIN कायम रहेकोमा संस्थापक समूहको शेयरको लकइन अवधि मिति २०८१/११/०३ मा समाप्त भइसकेको तथा यस सम्बन्धमा नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज लिमिटेडबाट कम्पनीको सम्पूर्ण शेयरका लागि NEPSE Stock Symbol ENL कायम गरिसकेको र सिडिएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ्ग लिमिटेडको मिति २०८३/०५/१७ को पत्र मार्फत ISIN एकीकृत गरी ISIN NPE393A00006 कायम गर्ने निर्णय भई उक्त निर्णयानुसार ISIN एकीकृत गरिएको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
आधारभूत शेयरधनीका लागि अनिवार्य जानकारी
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको मिति २०८३/०५/०९ को निर्देशन बमोजिम यस कम्पनीका कुनै पनि आधारभूत शेयरधनीले आफूले धारण गरेको शेयरको ५ (पाँच) प्रतिशत वा सोभन्दा बढी शेयर बिक्री गर्न चाहेमा बिक्री गर्न चाहेको शेयर बिक्री गर्नुभन्दा कम्तीमा १५ (पन्ध्र) दिन अगावै आफ्नो बिक्री गर्ने मनसाय तथा सम्बन्धित विवरण यस कम्पनीलाई लिखित रूपमा जानकारी गराउनुपर्नेछ। यसरी प्राप्त सूचनाको वैधता तीन महिना कायम रहनेछ र त्यस्तो सूचना नेप्सेमार्फत सार्वजनिक गर्ने व्यवस्था गरिनेछ। अतः सबै सम्बन्धित आधारभूत शेयरधनी तथा लगानीकर्ताहरूलाई उपर्युक्त व्यवस्थाको पालना गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ।
साथै, कम्पनीको शेयर कारोबारको सिलसिलामा आधारभूत शेयरधनीमा समावेश भएको वा हटेको हकमा पनि कम्पनीलाई उक्त जानकारी र विवरण पेश गर्न सूचित गरिन्छ।
Regarding the maintenance of integrated (Uniform) ISIN for Promoter and Public Shares
Previously, separate ISINs were maintained for the promoter and public shares of Emerging Nepal Limited. Since the lock-in period for the promoter group shares expired on 2081/11/03, and Nepal Stock Exchange Limited has already maintained the NEPSE Stock Symbol ENL for all shares of the company, and as per the letter from CDS and Clearing Limited dated 2083/05/17, a decision was made to integrate the ISIN and maintain ISIN NPE393A00006. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned that the ISIN has been integrated accordingly.
Mandatory Information for Basic Shareholders
As per the directive of the Securities Board of Nepal dated 2083/05/09, if any basic shareholder of this company wishes to sell 5 (five) percent or more of the shares held by them, they must inform this company in writing of their intention to sell and the related details at least 15 (fifteen) days prior to the sale of the shares they wish to sell. The validity of the information received in this manner shall remain for three months, and arrangements will be made to make such information public through NEPSE. Therefore, all concerned basic shareholders and investors are requested to comply with the above arrangement.
Additionally, in connection with the company's share trading, in case of inclusion or removal from the basic shareholders, the company is also notified to submit the said information and details.
