यस फरवार्ड माइक्रोफाइनान्स लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडको संचालक समितिको निर्णय अनुसार कम्पनीको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार सम्बन्धी सम्पूर्ण कार्य गर्नको लागि श्री सिद्धार्थ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, नारायणचौर, नक्साल, काठमाडौँलाई शेयर रजिष्ट्रार नियुक्त गरिएकोले कम्पनीको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार अन्तर्गतको सम्पूर्ण कार्यहरू मिति २०८३ भाद्र ०१ गते सोमबारदेखि श्री सिद्धार्थ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड मार्फत हुने व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनी महानुभाव लगायत सर्वसाधारणको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
Notice Regarding Share Registrar (Registrar to Share)
As per the decision of the Board of Directors of Forward Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., Siddhartha Capital Limited, Narayanchaur, Naxal, Kathmandu has been appointed as the Share Registrar to perform all works related to the company's Share Registrar. Therefore, this notice is published for the information of all respected shareholders and the general public that all functions under the company's Share Registrar will be conducted through Siddhartha Capital Limited effective from Monday, 2083 Bhadra 01.
