Notice issued for the information of shareholders to claim unclaimed cash dividends.

Garima Bikas Bank Limited and its merged entities, namely Nilgiri Bikas Bank Limited, Shubhechha Bikas Bank Limited, and Sahara Bikas Bank Limited, have passed cash dividends from the Annual General Meetings for the fiscal years 2066/67 to 2073/74. If any shareholder has not claimed their cash dividend for any fiscal year, they are requested to contact the central office of this development bank at Lazimpat, Kathmandu, or the share registrar, NIMB Ace Capital Limited, Lazimpat, Kathmandu, within one month from the date of publication of this notice to claim it. It is also informed through this notice that if the cash dividend is not claimed by the specified date, the remaining dividend amount will be deposited into the Investor Protection Fund as per the provision of Sub-section (1) of Section 172 of the Companies Act, 2063.
