नगद लाभांश वितरण तथा इकाईधनी दर्ता किताब बन्द बारेको सूचना
योजना व्यवस्थापक ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेडको मिति २०८३/०५/२१ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकको निर्णयानुसार ग्लोबल आइएमई म्युचुअल फण्ड अन्तर्गत सञ्चालित ग्लोबल आइएमई ब्यालेन्स्ड फण्ड-१ योजनाको आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/०८३ को मुनाफाबाट इकाईधनीहरुलाई १२ (बाह्र) प्रतिशत (कर सहित) का दरले नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरिएको र सो प्रयोजनको लागि मिति २०८३/०६/१२ गते सोमबार (एक दिन) इकाईधनी दर्ता पुस्तिका बन्द (Book Close) रहने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि सूचित गरिन्छ ।
इकाईधनी दर्ता पुस्तिका बन्द भएको अघिल्लो दिनसम्म नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज लिमिटेड (नेप्से) को प्रणालीमा कारोबार भई प्रचलित कानुन बमोजिम तोकिएको समयावधिभित्र रीतपूर्वक नामसारी भई आएका इकाईधनीहरुले मात्र नगद लाभांशको लागि योग्य हुने हुँदा सम्बन्धित सबै इकाईधनीहरु तथा खरिदकर्ताहरुले सोही अनुसार इकाई नामसारी गर्न/गराउनु हुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
साथै, आफ्नो इकाई धितो राखेका इकाईधनीहरुको हकमा नगद लाभांश प्राप्त गर्नका लागि सम्बन्धित बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाबाट No Objection Letter पेश गरे पश्चात् मात्र उक्त नगद लाभांश वितरण गरिने व्यहोरा यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराइन्छ ।
नोट: प्रचलित आयकर ऐन बमोजिम श्रोतमा कर कट्टी हुने र श्रोतमा कट्टी गरिएको करको विवरण दाखिला गर्दा भुक्तानी प्राप्त गर्ने व्यक्ति/संस्थाको स्थायी लेखा नम्बर (PAN) उल्लेख गर्नुपर्ने भएकोले सम्पूर्ण इकाईधनीहरुले आ-आफ्नो हितग्राही खातामा स्थायी लेखानम्बर (PAN) अद्यावधिक गराउनु हुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ ।

Notice regarding Cash Dividend Distribution and Book Closure for the Fiscal Year 2082/083
According to the decision of the Board of Directors meeting of the Fund Manager, Global IME Capital Limited, held on 2083/05/21, it has been decided to distribute a cash dividend at the rate of 12 (twelve) percent (including tax) to the unit holders from the profits of the Fiscal Year 2082/083 of the Global IME Balanced Fund-I scheme operated under Global IME Mutual Fund. For this purpose, the Unit Holders' Registration Book will remain closed (Book Close) on Monday, 2083/06/12 (for one day). This information is published for the general awareness of all concerned.
Only those unit holders whose transactions have been completed on the system of Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) until the day before the book closure and whose names have been duly transferred within the time limit prescribed by prevailing laws will be eligible for the cash dividend. Therefore, all concerned unit holders and buyers are requested to transfer/get transferred the units accordingly.
Additionally, in the case of unit holders who have pledged their units as collateral, the cash dividend will be distributed only after they submit a No Objection Letter from the concerned bank and financial institution. This information is provided through this notice.
Note: As tax will be deducted at source in accordance with the prevailing Income Tax Act, and the Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the receiving person/entity must be mentioned when filing the details of the tax deducted at source, all unit holders are requested to update their Permanent Account Number (PAN) in their respective Demat accounts.
