2. Management Analysis:

a) Details regarding major reasons if there were any changes in the institution's balance, income, and liquidity during the quarterly period: During the review period, changes occurred in the institution's balance, number of members, number of borrowers, loans under investment, savings transactions, savings borrowings, institution balance, income, and liquidity. Due to economic slowdown, demand in the bank couldn't increase in the economy. Compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year, income grew commensurately in the review period. Similarly, due to increase in interest, operating and loss provision expenses, operating profit decreased in the review period. The state of loans, savings, liquidity, and profit for the review period is clarified in the financial statements.

b) Management's analytical view regarding future business plans: As a national-level institution, this institution aims to expand its microfinance service reach in districts with low coverage according to annual action plans. In the coming days, the management is committed to providing technology-oriented solutions according to client members' needs and desires, feasibility analysis, and improving services and programs dynamically considering local economic conditions, and expanding programs based on feasibility in remaining districts and operating according to strategic plans. It is believed that this will further assist in achieving sustainable business growth, financial inclusion, and social objectives of the institution.

c) Analytical view regarding events/conditions from past experience that could materially affect the institution's balance, profit, or cash flows: Based on past experience, various conditions exist that could directly or indirectly affect the review balance, profit, and cash flow. Due to a decrease in the Base Rate of financial institutions amid difficult health and economic situations in the past, wholesale loan borrowing rates taken by microfinance institutions have decreased to some extent, resulting in reduced interest rates on loan borrowings of the institution. Unhealthy competition and uncontrolled practices among microfinance institutions have increased upfront risks. Consequently, maintaining loan quality has become challenging. Various political, economic, and natural events arising in the country have had some impact on this institution. A decrease in economic activities has led to reduced income for client members, creating difficulty in regularly collecting loan principal and interest. Similarly, due to non-payment movements against microfinance from various groups, client members have been hesitant to make regular payments of loan installments and interest, causing loan recovery problems to persist. A policy has been adopted to intensify loan recovery work and effectively implement opportunity notices for reducing non-performing loans. Accordingly, management is actively working to mobilize all employees to maintain quality improvement, network expansion, cash flow, and business growth while making financial management and recovery more effective.
