यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनी मध्ये एक जना शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको ५१,६२४ कित्ता संस्थापक समूहको शेयरहरू बिक्री गर्न निवेदन दिनुभएकोले प्रचलित ऐन कानून तथा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको नीति निर्देशन बमोजिम उक्त शेयरहरू खरिद गरि लिन इच्छुक यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ। इच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, हरिहरभवन, पुल्चोक, ललितपुरमा आफुले खरिद गर्न चाहेको शेयर कित्ताको व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनु हुन सूचित गरिन्छ। तोकिएको म्याद भित्र उक्त शेयर खरिदको लागि हाल कायम कुनै पनि संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूको निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा प्रचलित कानून तथा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको नीति निर्देशन बमोजिम शेयर बिक्री प्रक्रिया अगाडी बढाइने व्यहोरा यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराईन्छ।

35 (Thirty-Five) Days Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares
As one of the promoter shareholders of this financial institution has submitted an application to sell 51,624 units of promoter group shares held in their name, this notice has been published for the information of the existing promoter shareholders of this financial institution who are interested in purchasing the said shares in accordance with the prevailing laws and the policy directives of Nepal Rastra Bank. Interested promoter shareholders are notified to submit an application within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice to the Central Office of this financial institution at Hariharbhawan, Pulchowk, Lalitpur, specifying the number of shares they wish to purchase. If no application is received from any of the existing promoter shareholders for the purchase of the said shares within the specified deadline, information is hereby given through this notice that the share sale process will be proceeded with in accordance with the prevailing laws and the policy directives of Nepal Rastra Bank.
