यस गुरान्स लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको २,००० कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न निवेदन दिनु भएकोले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट “घ” वर्गको इजाजतपत्र प्राप्त लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाहरुलाई जारी गरिएको एकीकृत निर्देशन, २०७२ को निर्देशन नं. १०/०८२, १२ (ख) बमोजिम विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई बोलकबोल आधारमा बिक्री गर्न संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
यदि कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई उक्त शेयर खरीद गर्ने इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागजात प्रमाण संलग्न गरि यस कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय वा शेयर रजिष्ट्रार आरविवि मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ्ग लिमिटेड, टेकु, काठमाण्डौमा आफूले खरीद गर्ने शेयर कित्ताको व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनु हुन सूचित गरिन्छ।
संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गरि लिने सम्बन्धमा तोकिएको उक्त म्याद भित्र हाल कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्तिलाई बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धी आवश्यक कारवाही अघि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
Notice Regarding Sale of Founder Shares
This notice is published for the information of existing founder shareholders that a founder shareholder of Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has submitted an application to sell 2,000 units of founder shares registered in their name. As per the Integrated Directive issued by Nepal Rastra Bank to 'D' class licensed microfinance financial institutions, Directive No. 10/082, 12 (ख) of 2072, these shares will be sold to existing founder shareholders on a bid basis.
If any founder shareholder wishes to purchase the said shares, they are informed to submit an application clearly stating the number of shares they intend to purchase, along with necessary documents and evidence, within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, to the company's central office or Share Registrar RBB Merchant Banking Limited, Teku, Kathmandu.
It is also informed for the knowledge of all concerned that if no application is received from the currently existing founder shareholders within the stipulated period for the purchase of founder shares, necessary action will be taken to sell them to other individuals as per prevailing regulations.
