यस गुराँस लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको २,००० कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न निवेदन दिनु भएकोले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट “घ” वर्गको इजाजतपत्र प्राप्त लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाहरुलाई जारी गरिएको एकीकृत निर्देशन, २०८२ को निर्देशन नं. १०/०८२, १२ (ख) बमोजिम विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई बोलकबोल आधारमा बिक्री गर्न मिति २०८३/०२/२० गतेको आर्थिक अभियान राष्ट्रिय दैनिकमा सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुले खरिद गर्न आवेदन नदिएकाले उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापकहरु वा अन्य जो कोही योग्य व्यक्ति, कम्पनी संघ/संस्थाहरुले सात (७) दिन अर्थात मिति २०८३ साल श्रावण ४ गते कार्यालय समयभित्र बिक्री प्रबन्धक आरविवि मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ्ग लिमिटेड, टेकु, काठमाण्डौमा आइपुग्ने गरी प्रति कित्ता के कति दर रेटमा खरिद गर्ने हो सो समेत खुलाई आवेदन दिन हुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ। साथै विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई प्राथमिकता दिई ३५ दिने सूचना सम्बन्धित कम्पनीले प्रकाशित गरिसकेको व्यहोरा यसै सूचनाद्वारा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई जानकारी गराइन्छ।
As a promoter shareholder of Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has applied to sell 2,000 units of promoter shares registered in their name, and as per Directive No. 10/082, 12 (ख) of the Unified Directive, 2082 issued to "D" class licensed microfinance financial institutions by Nepal Rastra Bank, a notice was published in the Aarthik Abhiyan National Daily on 2083/02/20 for existing promoter shareholders to sell on a bid basis. Since existing promoters did not apply to purchase the said shares, interested existing promoters or any other eligible individual, company, association/institution are requested to submit an application within seven (7) days, i.e., by office hours on 2083 Shrawan 4, at RBB Merchant Banking Limited, Teku, Kathmandu, clearly stating the rate at which they wish to purchase per unit. Furthermore, existing promoter shareholders are informed through this notice that the concerned company has already published a 35-day notice giving priority to existing promoter shareholders.
