यस संस्थाको तपसिलमा उल्लेखित निक्षेपकर्ताको निम्न मितिमा निधन भएको हुँदा निज मृतकको नाममा यस संस्थाको उल्लेखित शाखा कार्यालयमा रहेको निक्षेप रकम मेरो नाममा दिलाई पाऊँ भनि निम्न लिखित हकदावीकर्ताले वित्तीय संस्था समक्ष निवेदन पेश गरेको हुँदा सो निक्षेप उपर निज निवेदक बाहेक अन्य कसैको हकदावी लाग्ने भए यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र आफ्नो सबुत प्रमाणको कागजात सहित यस वित्तीय संस्थाको शाखा कार्यालय वा केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा दावी निवेदन पेश गर्नको लागि अनुरोध गरिन्छ । उल्लेखित म्याद भित्र कसैको दावी निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा निवेदकको माग दावी बमोजिम भई जाने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचनाद्वारा सूचित गरिन्छ । म्याद भित्र रितपूर्वक प्राप्त नभएको निवेदन उपर कुनै कारवाही हुने छैन ।

35-Day Urgent Notice Regarding Claim on Deposit

Since the depositor of this institution mentioned in the details below has passed away on the following date, and the following claimant has submitted an application to this financial institution requesting to transfer the deposit amount held at the mentioned branch office of this institution in the name of the deceased to my name; if anyone other than the applicant has any claim over the said deposit, they are requested to submit a claim application along with supporting evidence documents to the branch office or central office of this financial institution within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice. If no claim application is received within the specified period, notice is hereby given that the process will proceed as per the applicant's demand. No action will be taken on applications not received in due process within the deadline.
