लक-ईन (LOCK IN) अवधि समाप्त हुने सम्बन्धी सूचना
हाथवे इन्भेष्टमेन्ट नेपाल लिमिटेडका संस्थापक, तथा कम्पनीका कर्मचारीहरुको स्वामित्वमा रहेको शेयर सर्वसाधारणलाई मिति २०८०/०६/०२ गते शेयर बाँडफाँड गरिएको मितिले तीन वर्ष सम्म लक-ईन मा राखिएकोले उक्त लक-ईन अवधि समाप्ती हुने हुँदा श्री नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको पत्र सं. २०८०/०८१ को चलानी न.१५२३ मिति २०८०/०८/२५ गतेको पत्र मार्फत निर्देशन जारी भएबमोजिम तपसिलमा उल्लेखित शेयरको मिति २०८३/०६/०२ गते पश्चात् लक-ईन अवधि समाप्त हुने व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनी महानुभावहरु, नियमनकारी निकाय तथा सबै सरोकारवालाहरु लाई जानकारीको लागी यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।

नोट : सञ्चालक तथा कम्पनीका उच्च व्यवस्थापकीय पदमा कार्यरत कर्मचारीहरुको हकमा नियमानुसार शेयर रोक्का रहने छ।
Notice Regarding Expiration of Lock-in Period
As the shares owned by the promoters and employees of Hathway Investment Nepal Limited were placed under lock-in for three years from the date of share allotment to the general public on 2080/06/02, and the said lock-in period is coming to an end, this notice is published to inform all respected shareholders, regulatory bodies, and all stakeholders that as per the instructions issued via the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) letter Ref. No. 2080/081, Dispatch No. 1523 dated 2080/08/25, the lock-in period for the shares mentioned in the details below will expire after the date 2083/06/02.
