- व्यवस्थापकीय विश्लेषण: कम्पनीले निर्माण गरेको उपरी खिम्ती-II जलविद्युत आयोजना ७ मे.वा. र उपल्लो खिम्ती जलविद्युत आयोजना १२ मे.वा.को विद्युत उत्पादन तथा बिक्री भइरहेको छ । यस कम्पनीले नयाँ जलविद्युत आयोजनाहरु निर्माणमा लगानी गरेको छ ।
- कानुनी कारवाही सम्बन्धी विवरण: यस त्रैमासिकमा संस्थाले कसै विरुद्ध तथा कसैले संस्था विरुद्ध साथै संस्थापक र संचालक विरुद्ध कुनै मुद्दा मामिला परे/गरेको छैन ।

2. Management Analysis: Electricity generation and sales are ongoing from the Upper Khimti-II Hydropower Project (7 MW) and Upper Khimti Hydropower Project (12 MW) constructed by the company. The company has invested in the construction of new hydropower projects.
3. Details Regarding Legal Proceedings: No lawsuits have been filed by or against the institution, nor against the promoters and directors during this quarter.
4. Details Regarding Share Transactions of the Institution: Share transactions of the institution in the securities market have occurred in the normal course as per rules. 5. Problems and Challenges: The problems and challenges faced by the institution are similar to other institutions in the market. The Board of Directors periodically reviews the problems and challenges that arise, formulates strategies, and adopts measures to resolve them.
