- व्यवस्थापकीय विश्लेषणः कम्पनीले निर्माण गरेको अपर खिम्ती-II जलविद्युत् आयोजना ७ मे.वा. र उपल्लो खिम्ती जलविद्युत् आयोजना १२ मे.वा.को विद्युत् उत्पादन तथा बिक्री भइरहेको छ । यस कम्पनीले नयाँ जलविद्युत् आयोजनाहरू निर्माणमा लगानी गरेको छ ।
- कानूनी कारबाही सम्बन्धी विवरणः यस त्रैमासिकमा संस्थाले कसै विरुद्ध तथा कसैले संस्था विरुद्ध साथै संस्थापक र संचालक विरुद्ध कुनै मुद्दा मामिला परे/गरेको छैन ।
