इकाईधनी दर्ता किताब बन्द हुने बारेमा सूचना
हिमालयन बैंक लिमिटेड कोष प्रवर्द्धक तथा हिमालयन क्यापिटल लिमिटेड योजना व्यवस्थापक रही संचालनमा रहेको हिमालयन ८०-२० (HIMALAYAN 80-20) ले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को लेखापरीक्षणको कार्य सम्पन्न गरी इकाईधनीहरुलाई कर सहित १५ प्रतिशत नगद प्रतिफल वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैमा जानकारी गराउँदछौं। साथै, उल्लेखित प्रतिफल वितरण प्रयोजनार्थ मिति २०८३/०६/०६ गते एक दिन योजनाको इकाईधनी दर्ता किताब बन्द हुने व्यहोरा समेत सबैको जानकारीको लागि सूचित गरिन्छ।
तोकिएको दर्ता किताब बन्द हुने मिति भन्दा अघिल्लो दिनसम्म नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज लिमिटेड (नेप्से)को प्रणालीमा कारोबार भई प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम तोकिएको समयावधिभित्र रितपूर्वक नामसारी भई आएका इकाईधनीहरु मात्र नगद प्रतिफलको लागि योग्य हुने हुँदा सम्बन्धित सबै इकाईधनीहरु तथा खरिदकर्ताहरुले सोहि अनुसार इकाई नामसारी गर्न/गराउनु हुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं।
साथै, प्रतिफल रकम योग्य इकाईधनीहरुको बैंक खातामा रकमान्तर गरि भुक्तानी गरिने हुँदा सम्बन्धित सबैलाई आफ्नो निक्षेप सदस्यकोमा सम्पर्क गरि आफ्नो हितग्राही खातामा बैंक विवरण (Bank Details) अद्यावधिक गराउनु हुन समेत अनुरोध गर्दछौं।

Notice regarding the closure of Unit Holders' Registration Book
We would like to inform all concerned that Himalayan 80-20 (HIMALAYAN 80-20), operated under the fund sponsorship of Himalayan Bank Limited and fund management of Himalayan Capital Limited, has completed its audit for the fiscal year 2082/83 and decided to distribute a 15 percent cash dividend (including tax) to its unit holders. Furthermore, for the purpose of distributing the said dividend, it is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the unit holders' registration book of the scheme will remain closed for one day on the date 2083/06/06.
Only those unit holders whose transactions have been traded in the system of Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) until the day prior to the book closure date and whose names have been duly transferred within the prescribed time limit in accordance with the prevailing laws will be eligible for the cash dividend. Therefore, all concerned unit holders and buyers are requested to transfer/get transferred the units accordingly.
Additionally, since the dividend amount will be paid by transferring it directly to the bank accounts of the eligible unit holders, all concerned are requested to contact their respective Depository Participant (DP) and update their bank details (Bank Details) in their Demat account.
Note: Eligible unit holders who have pledged their units of the scheme as collateral must compulsorily submit a release/consent letter from the concerned bank/financial institution to receive the dividend. The said consent letter can be sent through the concerned bank/financial institution to the email address [email protected].
