यस बैंकबाट मिति २०८२/१०/२७ र २०८२/१२/०२ गते समेत कारोबार दैनिक पत्रिकामा संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धमा ३५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशन गरिएकोमा उल्लेखित समय सिमाभित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरुबाट खरिद सम्बन्धमा निवेदन प्राप्त हुन नआएको तपशिल बमोजिमका शेयरहरु अन्य व्यक्ति तथा संस्थालाई बिक्री गर्न सकिने हुदाँ संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्नको लागि तोकिएको योग्यता (Fit and Proper Test) पूरा गरेका इच्छुक व्यक्ति/संस्थाले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ दिनभित्र बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, कमलादी, काठमाडौस्थित कानून तथा शेयर विभागमा निवेदन दिनु हुन अनुरोध गर्दछौँ ।

Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares

As the 35-day public notice regarding the sale of promoter shares was published by this Bank in the Karobar Daily newspaper on dates 2082/10/27 and 2082/12/02, and no applications for purchase were received from the existing promoter shareholders within the specified timeframe, the shares as per the details below can now be sold to other individuals and institutions. Therefore, interested individuals/institutions who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria (Fit and Proper Test) to purchase promoter shares are requested to submit an application to the Bank's Central Office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Law and Share Department, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
