नविकरण / KYC अद्यावधिक गर्ने बारे अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना
हिमालयन बैंक लिमिटेड (साबिक सिभिल बैंक लिमिटेड समेत) को शाखा कार्यालयहरु मार्फत र हिमालयन क्यापिटल लिमिटेड (साबिक सिभिल क्यापिटल मार्केट लिमिटेड समेत) मा हितग्राही खाता खोल्नु भएका सम्पूर्ण हितग्राहीहरुले आ.व. २०७२/०८३ सम्मको डिम्याट खाता सञ्चालन गरे वापत वार्षिक शुल्क प्रत्येक आ.व. को रु.१००/- (अक्षरेपी एक सय मात्र) का दरले भुक्तानी गर्नु पर्ने व्यवस्था अनुसार भुक्तानी गर्न बाँकी रहनु भएका हितग्राहीहरुले मिति २०८३ आषाढ मसान्त भित्र उक्त शुल्कहरु कार्यालय समयभित्र यस कम्पनी वा हिमालयन बैंक लिमिटेडको आफूलाई पायक पर्ने नजिकको शाखा कार्यालयहरुमा सम्पर्क राखी भुक्तानी गर्नुहुन वा तल उल्लेखित बैंक खाता र डिजिटल माध्यमबाट भुक्तानी गर्नुहुन समेत अनुरोध गर्दछौं।

तोकिएको समयावधि (आषाढ मसान्त, २०८३) भित्र वार्षिक शुल्क भुक्तानी नगरेको अवस्थामा नियम अनुसार हितग्राहीहरुको डिम्याट खाता रोक्का (Freeze) हुने व्यहोरा जानकारी गराइन्छ।
साथै MERO SHARE सेवा लिइ रहनु भएका हितग्राही महानुभावहरुले सो सेवा सञ्चालनमा आएको एक वर्षको अवधिभित्र नविकरण गरि सक्नु पर्ने र सो समयावधिभित्र नविकरण नभएमा उक्त सेवा स्वतः बन्द हुने हुँदा समयमा नै नविकरण गरि सेवा सुचारु गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ।
पुनश्चः KYC Update गर्न बाँकी सम्पूर्ण हितग्राहीहरुलाई यस कम्पनीको रजिष्टर्ड कार्यालय तथा हिमालयन बैंक लिमिटेडका शाखा कार्यालयहरुमा सम्पर्क राखी यथाशक्य छिटो KYC Update गर्नुहुन समेत अनुरोध गरिन्छ।
नोटः श्री सिडिएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ्ग लिमिटेडको मिति २०८३ साल जेठ २२ गतेको पत्र अनुसार नयाँ हितग्राही खाता खोल्दा र हाल कायम रहेका हितग्राही खाताको विवरण (KYC) अद्यावधिक गर्दाका बखत राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्र नम्बर (National identification Number) अनिवार्य रुपमा समावेश गर्नुपर्ने जानकारी गराउँदछौं।

Renewal / KYC Update: Very Important Notice
All beneficiaries who have opened Demat accounts through the branch offices of Himalayan Bank Limited (including former Civil Bank Limited) and Himalayan Capital Limited (including former Civil Capital Market Limited) are requested to pay the annual fee of Rs.100/- (One Hundred Rupees only) per fiscal year for operating the Demat account up to the fiscal year 2072/083. Those beneficiaries who have outstanding payments as per the arrangement are requested to contact the nearest branch offices of this company or Himalayan Bank Limited during office hours and make the payment, or make the payment through the bank account mentioned below and digital mediums.

It is informed that if the annual fee is not paid within the stipulated period (Ashadh end, 2083), the beneficiaries' Demat accounts will be frozen as per the rules.
Also, beneficiaries who are using MERO SHARE service must renew the service within one year from the date of its activation. If the service is not renewed within that period, it will automatically be closed. Therefore, you are requested to renew the service on time to keep it active.
P.S.: All beneficiaries who are yet to update their KYC are requested to contact the registered office of this company and the branch offices of Himalayan Bank Limited to update their KYC as soon as possible.
Note: As per the letter from CDS & Clearing Limited dated 2083 Jestha 22, it is informed that the National Identification Number must be mandatorily included when opening new beneficiary accounts and when updating the details (KYC) of existing beneficiary accounts.
