यस कम्पनीबाट जारी तपसिलमा उल्लेख भएका बीमालेखका बीमितहरुले बीमालेख हराएको/नासीएकोले प्रतिलिपि बीमालेखको लागि निवेदन पेश गरेको हुँदा उक्त बीमालेख उपर कसैको हकदाबी भए यो सूचना प्रकाशित मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा सबुद प्रमाण सहित हकदाबी दर्ता गर्नुहुन सम्बन्धीत सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ। सो अवधि भित्र दाबी दर्ता नभएमा निवेदकहरुको माग बमोजिम प्रतिलिपि बीमालेख जारी गरिने ब्योहोरा समेत सम्बन्धीत सबैका लागि जानकारी गराइन्छ।

Notice Regarding Claims
Since the policyholders of the insurance policies mentioned in the details issued by this company have applied for a duplicate policy due to the loss/destruction of their original policy, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned, stating that if anyone has a claim on the said insurance policy, they should register their claim with supporting evidence at the company's central office within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice. It is also informed to all concerned that if no claim is registered within this period, a duplicate policy will be issued as per the request of the applicants.
