हकप्रद शेयरको बाँडफाँट तथा रकम फिर्ता भुक्तानी बारेको सूचना
हिमालयन पावर पार्टनर लिमिटेडको मिति २०८२/१२/०९ गतेसम्म कायम साविक शेयरधनीहरुका लागि १ शेयर बराबर नयाँ ०.५ शेयर (१ : ०.५) को अनुपातमा प्रति शेयर अंकित मूल्य रु.१००।- दरको ५३,२७,०८५ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गरिएकोमा रितपूर्वक आवेदन दिने ४६,७६९ जना शेयरधनीहरुलाई ४८,५८,३४५ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर मिति २०८३/०२/१८ गते बाँडफाँट कमिटीले बाँडफाँट गरि निष्काशनकर्ता कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिलाई सिफारिस गरिएकोमा मिति २०८३/०२/१९ गतका दिन निष्काशनकर्ता कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिले बाँडफाँट गर्न स्वीकृति प्रदान गरेको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
साथै आफ्नो कायम हक भन्दा बढी शेयर माग गरि दरखास्त दिने आवेदकहरुको हकमा बाँडफाँटमा नपरेका हकप्रद शेयर वापतको रकम यही मिति २०८३ जेष्ठ २१ गते बिहीबार देखि IPS मार्फत सम्बन्धित आवेदकहरुको बैंक खातामा रकमान्तर गरिने व्यवस्था मिलाइएकोले आफ्नो खातामा रकम जम्मा भए नभएको एकिन गर्नुहुन समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत सूचित गर्दछौं।

Notice regarding right share allotment and refund payment for right shares
For the existing shareholders of Himalayan Power Partner Limited as of 2082/12/09, a total of 53,27,085 units of right shares were issued at a face value of रु.100।- per share, at a ratio of 1 new share for every 0.5 existing shares (1 : 0.5). Out of these, 48,58,345 units of right shares were allotted to 46,769 shareholders who applied properly. This notice is published for the information of all concerned, as the Allotment Committee recommended the allotment to the Board of Directors of the issuing company on 2083/02/18, and the Board of Directors of the issuing company approved the allotment on 2083/02/19.
Furthermore, applicants who applied for more shares than their entitled right and were not allotted shares will have their refund amount transferred to their bank accounts via IPS starting from this date, 2083 Jestha 21, Thursday. All concerned are hereby informed to verify whether the amount has been credited to their accounts.
