यस कम्पनीको १२औं र १६औं वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट पारित भएको आ.व. २०७४/०७५ र २०७५/०७६ को नगद लाभांश हालसम्म पनि कतिपय शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुले बुझिलिन बाँकी रहेको व्यहोरा जानकारी गराउँदछौं । तसर्थ, नगद लाभांश बुझिलिन बाँकी शेयरधनीहरुले कम्पनीको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापीटल लि., नक्साल, काठमाडौँमा सम्पर्क राखी नगद लाभांश बुझिलिन अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
साथै, यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले एक (१) महिनाभित्र आफ्नो बक्यौता नगद लाभांश बुझि नलिएमा सो लाभांश रकम कम्पनी ऐन, २०६३ को दफा १८३ बमोजिम स्थापना भएको “लगानीकर्ता संरक्षण कोष” मा जम्मा हुने व्यहोरा समेत जानकारी गराउँदछौं ।
लाभांश रकम बुझिलिन बाँकी रहेका शेयरधनीहरुको विवरण आ.इ.सि.एफ.सि. फाइनान्स लिमिटेड तथा यस कम्पनीको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापीटल लि., को वेवसाइटमा राखिएको हुनाले उक्त विवरण हेरी यकीन गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ ।
पुनश्चः
१. आर्थिक वर्षहरु २०७४/०७५ देखि २०७९/०८२ सम्मको नगद लाभांश खातामा रकमान्तरण भई नसकेका शेयरधनीहरुले सम्बन्धित निक्षेप सदस्यकोमा गई आफ्नो बैंक खाता अद्यावधिक गर्न हुन तथा शेयर भौतिक रुपमा रहेका शेयरधनीहरुको हकमा यथासिघ्र अभौतिकीकरण गर्न हुन समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
२. हितग्राही खातामा अद्यावधिक गराइएको बैंक खाता नं. नमिल्ने वा अन्य कारणहरुले गर्दा पुनः IPS Process गर्नुपर्ने भएमा प्रति शेयरधनी Re-process शुल्क बापत रु.५०/- लाग्ने व्यहोरा अनुरोध छ ।
This company informs that cash dividends for the fiscal years 2074/075 and 2075/076, approved by the 12th and 16th Annual General Meetings, are still unclaimed by some esteemed shareholders. Therefore, shareholders with unclaimed cash dividends are requested to contact the company's share registrar, Global IME Capital Ltd., Naxal, Kathmandu, to claim their cash dividends.
Furthermore, it is also informed that if the outstanding cash dividend is not claimed within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, the dividend amount will be deposited into the “Investor Protection Fund” established as per Section 183 of the Companies Act, 2063.
The details of shareholders with unclaimed dividend amounts are available on the websites of I.C.F.C. Finance Limited and the company's share registrar, Global IME Capital Ltd. You are requested to verify these details.
Furthermore:
1. Shareholders whose cash dividends for the fiscal years 2074/075 to 2079/082 have not yet been transferred to their accounts are requested to visit their respective Depository Participants to update their bank accounts, and shareholders holding physical shares are requested to dematerialize them as soon as possible through this notice.
2. If the IPS Process needs to be re-processed due to an incorrect bank account number updated in the beneficiary account or for other reasons, a Re-process fee of रु.50/- per shareholder will be charged.
