इन्फिनिटी लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न इच्छुक भै यस कम्पनी समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएको र नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी निर्देशन बमोजिम बिक्री गर्न मिति २०८१/३/१ गते सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको तथा संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न पहिलो हक विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुमा रहने प्रावधान रहेकोमा खरिदका लागि विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुबाट आवेदन नपरेको हुँदा कुल १३२५ (तेह्र हजार दुई सय पच्चीस मात्र) कित्ता शेयर खरिद गर्न ईच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरु तथा सर्वसाधारण महानुभावहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ (पन्ध्र) दिनभित्र इन्फिनिटी लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय गैंडाकोट-३ नवलपरासी (ब.सु.पु.) मा आईपुग्ने गरी आवेदन गर्नुहुन यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ। उक्त संस्थापक शेयरको बिक्री मूल्य प्रचलित नियमानुसार हुनेछ। साथै, संस्थापक शेयर खरिद बिक्री सञ्चालक समितिले निर्णय गरे अनुसार हुनेछ।
15-Day Notice Published for Promoter Shareholders / General Public Interested in Purchasing Promoter Shares

As the promoter shareholders of Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have expressed their interest to sell promoter shares and submitted applications to this company, and as per the directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, a notice for sale was published on 2081/3/1 B.S. and there is a provision that existing promoters have the first right to purchase promoter shares, but no applications were received from existing promoter shareholders for purchase, therefore, this notice is published for interested promoter shareholders and the general public to apply for the purchase of a total of 1325 (thirteen thousand two hundred twenty-five only) units of shares within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, to be received at the Central Office of Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, Gaindakot-3, Nawalparasi (B.S.P.). The selling price of the said promoter shares will be as per prevailing rules. Additionally, the purchase and sale of promoter shares will be as decided by the Board of Directors.
