महोदय,

उपर्युक्त सम्बन्धमा, यस वित्तीय संस्थाको सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनीहरुको शेयर लगतको विवरण राख्ने तथा शेयरको खरिद बिक्रीका सम्बन्धमा प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम शेयर रजिष्ट्रारको कार्य गर्नका लागि विगतमा एनएमबि क्यापिटल लिमिटेडसंग गरिएको सम्झौता अवधि समाप्त भएको हुँदा आगामी अवधिका लागि नयाँ शेयर रजिष्ट्रार नियुक्त गर्ने सम्बन्धमा सञ्चालक समितिको १४७औं बैठकले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट इजाजतपत्र प्राप्त धितोपत्र व्यवसायी प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, काठमाण्डौँलाई आगामी १ (एक) वर्षका लागि यस वित्तीय संस्थाको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार (Share Registrar) मा नियुक्त गर्ने निर्णय भएको व्यहोरा अनुरोध छ ।

Sir,

In the context of the above, the agreement with NMB Capital Limited for performing the duties of Share Registrar, including maintaining records of all shareholders of this financial institution and facilitating share buying and selling as per prevailing laws, has expired. Therefore, the 147th meeting of the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Prabhu Capital Limited, Kathmandu, a securities business licensed by the Nepal Securities Board, as the Share Registrar of this financial institution for the upcoming 1 (one) year. This is for your information and necessary action.
