As per the decision of the Board of Directors of Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu has been appointed as the Share Registrar to carry out all tasks related to maintaining records of this company's securities, dematerializing shares, distributing certificates, updating shareholders' share records including ownership transfers, etc. Therefore, this notice is published for the information of all respected shareholders and all concerned that all work under this company's Share Registrar will be conducted through Prabhu Capital Limited.
