यस कम्पनीले शेयर रजिष्ट्रारको कार्य गर्दै आएका तपसिल बमोजिम विवरण भएका बैंकका शेयरधनीहरूको शेयर प्रमाणपत्र हराएकोले प्रतिलिपि शेयर प्रमाणपत्र उपलब्ध गराइपाऊँ भनी निवेदन पेश गरेको हुँदा सो माथि कसैको हकदाबी लाग्ने भए यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिनभित्र सोको प्रमाणसहित ज्योति क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, कमलपोखरी, काठमाडौँमा उपस्थित भई हकदाबी गर्न आउनुहुन सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । अन्यथा, उक्त म्यादभित्र कुनै हकदाबी प्राप्त नभएमा आवश्यक प्रक्रिया पूरा गरी निवेदनमा माग भएबमोजिम सम्बन्धित शेयरधनीलाई प्रतिलिपि शेयर प्रमाणपत्र जारी गरिने व्यहोरा समेत जानकारी गराइन्छ । म्याद नाघी तथा रीतपूर्वक प्राप्त नभएको हकदाबी वा निवेदनउपर कुनै कारबाही हुने छैन ।

35-Day Notice Regarding Lost Share Certificates
Since the shareholders of the bank, whose details are given in the schedule below and for whom this company has been acting as the Share Registrar, have submitted applications stating that their share certificates have been lost and requesting the issuance of duplicate share certificates; this notice is published for the information of all concerned to present their claims, if any, along with evidence at Jyoti Capital Limited, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice. Otherwise, if no claim is received within the said period, the necessary process will be completed and duplicate share certificates will be issued to the respective shareholders as requested in the application. No action will be taken on claims or applications received after the expiry of the deadline or not in due process.
