यस कालिका लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनी (समूह "क") का तपशिलमा उल्लेखित शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुबाट आफ्नो स्वामित्वमा रहेको संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने व्यवस्था मिलाउन सञ्चालक समिति समक्ष निवेदन दिनुभएकोमा सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुऱ्याई बिक्री गर्ने प्रकृया अघी बढाउने निर्णय भए अनुसार उल्लेखित संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छुक यस कालिका लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई नै पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट "घ" वर्गको इजाजतपत्रप्राप्त लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाहरुलाई जारी गरिएको एकीकृत निर्देशन, २०८२, निर्देशन नं. १० को बुँदा १२ को उपबुँदा (ख) मा रहेकोले साविक संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि ३५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको थियो । उक्त सूचना पश्चात साविक संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुबाट तोकिएको मिति सम्ममा संस्थापक शेयर खरिदको लागि कुनै पनि लिखित निवेदन नआएकाले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशन नं. १०/२०८२ को बुँदा १२ को उपबुँदा (ख) बमोजिम साविक संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुबाट खरिद हुन नसकेको संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक साविक संस्थापक शेयरधनी बाहेक अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५(पन्ध्र) दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय पोखरा-१०, कास्कीमा लिखित निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ ।

Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Group Shares

As the promoter shareholders (Group "A") of this Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, mentioned in the details below, have submitted applications to the Board of Directors to arrange for the sale of the promoter shares under their ownership, and upon presentation to the Board of Directors' meeting, it was decided to proceed with the sale process in due order. According to the provision in sub-clause (b) of clause 12 of Directive No. 10 of the Unified Directives, 2082 issued by Nepal Rastra Bank to "D" class licensed microfinance financial institutions, which states that first priority must be given to the existing promoter shareholders of this Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited who are interested in purchasing the mentioned promoter shares, a 35-day public notice was published for the information of the existing promoter shareholders. Since no written application was received from the existing promoter shareholders for the purchase of promoter shares within the specified date after the said notice, in accordance with sub-clause (b) of clause 12 of Nepal Rastra Bank's Unified Directive No. 10/2082, other individuals/institutions besides the existing promoter shareholders who are interested in purchasing the promoter shares that could not be purchased by the existing promoter shareholders are hereby notified to submit a written application along with the necessary documents to the Central Office of this financial institution in Pokhara-10, Kaski within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.
