संस्थापक सेयर खरिद गर्न चाहनु हुने महानुभावहरूलाई जरूरी सूचना

यस कामना सेवा विकास बैंक लिमिटेडका विभिन्न संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूद्वारा ५,०००/- कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्री गर्न इच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनु भएकोले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकद्वारा जारी गरिएको एकीकृत निर्देशनको इ.प्रा.नं. १०/२०७९ को बुदाँ नं. १५ मा भएको व्यवस्था बमोजिम विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूको जानकारीको लागि ३५ (पैंतिस) दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गर्दा उक्त सेयर खरिद गर्नका लागि तोकिएको मितिसम्म कुनै पनि निवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी गरिएको एकीकृत निर्देशन नं. १०/२०७९ को बुँदा नं. १५ बमोजिम उक्त संस्थापक सेयर खरिद गरी लिन ईच्छुक अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ७ (सात) दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागज प्रमाण संलग्न गरी यस बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय ज्ञानेश्वर, काठमाडौँमा के कति कित्ता सेयर खरिद गरी लिनुहुने हो सोको व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ ।
थप जानकारीको लागि यस विकास बैंकको सेयर विभागमा सम्पर्क राख्नुहोला ।
Urgent Notice to Persons Interested in Purchasing Promoter Shares

Since various promoter shareholders of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited have submitted applications expressing their intention to sell 5,000/- units of promoter shares, a 35 (thirty-five) days public notice was published for the information of the existing promoter shareholders as per the provision in Clause No. 15 of Unified Directive No. 10/2079 issued by Nepal Rastra Bank; however, as no applications were received for the purchase of the said shares by the stipulated date, in accordance with Clause No. 15 of Unified Directive No. 10/2079 issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, other individuals/institutions interested in purchasing the said promoter shares are hereby informed to submit an application stating the number of shares they intend to purchase along with the necessary supporting documents to the bank's Central Office in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice.
