कुमारी बैंक लिमिटेडको विभिन्न संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले आफ्नो नाममा कायम रहेको ३२,४९७ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न इच्छुक भई बैंक समक्ष निवेदन दिनुभएको र नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी निर्देशन बमोजिम बिक्री गर्न प्रस्ताव गरिएको संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्ने पहिलो हक विद्यमान संस्थापकहरूमा रहने भएकोले उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूका लागि सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूबाट कुनै आवेदन नआएको हुँदा संस्थापक भन्दा बाहिर सर्वसाधारणहरूबाट उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक सर्वसाधारणले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र बैंकको शेयर रजिस्ट्रार, कुमारी क्यापिटल लिमिटेड काठमाडौं-१, नक्साल, नागपोखरी वा कुमारी बैंक लिमिटेडको प्रधान कार्यालय काठमाडौं-२, टंगालमा आइपुग्ने गरी आवेदन दिन हुन यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । सो शेयरको बिक्री मूल्य बिक्रेताले तोके बमोजिम हुनेछ ।

35-Day Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares
As various promoter shareholders of Kumari Bank Limited have expressed interest in selling 32,497 units of promoter shares held in their names and submitted applications to the Bank, and since the first right to purchase the promoter shares proposed for sale in accordance with the directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank lies with the existing promoters, a notice was previously published for the existing promoter shareholders to purchase the said shares. However, as no applications were received from the existing promoter shareholders, this notice has been published for the general public outside of the promoters who are interested in purchasing the said shares to submit their applications within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice, reaching the Bank's Share Registrar, Kumari Capital Limited, Kathmandu-1, Naxal, Nagpokhari, or the Head Office of Kumari Bank Limited, Kathmandu-2, Tangal. The selling price of the said shares shall be as determined by the seller.
