कुमारी बैंक लिमिटेडको संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले आफ्नो नाममा कायम रहेको ३,२०,९४८ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न इच्छुक भई बैंक समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएको र नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी निर्देशन बमोजिम बिक्री गर्न प्रस्ताव गरिएको संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्ने पहिलो हक विद्यमान संस्थापकहरूमा रहने भएकोले उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतिस) दिन भित्र बैंकको शेयर रजिस्ट्रार, कुमारी क्यापिटल लिमिटेड काठमाडौँ-१ नक्साल, नागपोखरी वा कुमारी बैंक लिमिटेडको प्रधान कार्यालय काठमाडौँ-२, टंगालमा आइपुग्ने गरी आवेदन दिनुहुन यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ। सो शेयरको बिक्री मूल्य बिक्रेताले तोके बमोजिम हुनेछ। म्याद भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापकहरूबाट आवेदन नपरेमा संस्थापक भन्दा बाहिर शेयर बिक्रीको प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाइने व्यहोरा समेत जानकारी गराउँदछौँ।
35-Day Notice Regarding Sale of Founder Shares
This notice is published for the existing promoter shareholders as the promoter shareholders of Kumari Bank Limited, wishing to sell 3,20,948 units of founder shares standing in their names, have submitted an application to the bank. As per the directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, the existing promoters have the first right to purchase the founder shares proposed for sale. Therefore, interested existing promoter shareholders are requested to submit an application within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice to the bank's Share Registrar, Kumari Capital Limited, Kathmandu-1 Naxal, Nagpokhari, or to the Head Office of Kumari Bank Limited, Kathmandu-2, Tangal. The selling price of the shares shall be as determined by the seller. We also inform that if no application is received from existing promoters within the deadline, the process for selling the shares to non-promoters will be initiated.
