नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट प्राप्त निर्देशानुसार यस कम्पनीको नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डमा दर्ता भएको कुल शेयर संख्या मध्ये तपसिलमा उल्लेखित संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरु, आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दाहरु र कम्पनीका कर्मचारीहरुको स्वामित्वमा रहेको शेयरको लक-इन (Lock-In) अवधी देहाय बमोजिमको मितिमा समाप्त हुने व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनी महानुभावहरु, नियमन निकायहरु तथा सम्पूर्ण सरोकारवालाहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

नोट: कम्पनीको संचालक समितिका पदाधिकारीहरु तथा उच्च व्यवस्थापन तहमा रहेका कर्मचारीहरुको हकमा नियमानुसार शेयर रोक्का रहने छ ।

As per the instructions received from the Nepal Securities Board, this notice has been published for the information of all esteemed shareholders, regulatory bodies, and all stakeholders regarding the expiry of the lock-in period for shares owned by the promoter shareholders, local residents of the project-affected areas, and company employees, as detailed below, out of the total number of shares registered with the Nepal Securities Board.
