"७% लक्ष्मी सन्राइज डिबेन्चर २०९२" को
निष्काशन तथा बिक्री बन्द बारेको सूचना
लक्ष्मी सन्राइज बैंक लिमिटेडको १० वर्ष अवधि तथा वार्षिक ७ प्रतिशत ब्याजदर भएको "७% लक्ष्मी सन्राइज डिबेन्चर २०९२" को प्रति ऋणपत्र अंकित मूल्य रु.१,०००/- दरका कूल ३० लाख कित्ता ऋणपत्र मध्ये १८ लाख कित्ता ऋणपत्र व्यक्तिगत तवर (Private Placement) बाट तथा १२ लाख कित्ता ऋणपत्र (५% अर्थात ६०,००० कित्ता ऋणपत्र सामूहिक लगानी कोषलाई बाँडफाँड गरिएको समेत) सर्वसाधारणहरुको लागि मिति २०८१ श्रावण १४ गतेदेखि निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुल्ला गरिएकोमा माग भन्दा अधिक संख्यामा आवेदन प्राप्त हुन आएकोले मिति २०८१ श्रावण २० गते (बैंकिङ्ग समय पश्चात्) सो ऋणपत्रका लागि आवेदन लिने कार्य बन्द गरिने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीका लागि सूचित गर्दछौं ।
यस निष्काशन कार्यमा संलग्न नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरेका सम्पूर्ण सि-आस्बा (C-ASBA) सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरु र तिनका शाखा कार्यालयहरुले यसै सूचनालाई आधिकारीक मानी ऋणपत्रका लागि दरखास्त बुझिलिने कार्य आज मिति २०८१ श्रावण २० गते (बैंकिङ्ग समय पश्चात्) बन्द गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
साथै, निष्काशन कार्यमा सहयोग तथा सदभाव प्रदान गर्नुहुने सम्पूर्ण शुभेच्छुकहरु, आवेदकहरु, नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरेका सम्पूर्ण सि-आस्बा (C-ASBA) सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरु र तिनका शाखा कार्यालयहरु, नियमन निकाय तथा सम्बन्धित सबै निकायहरुमा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन गर्दछौं ।
Notice Regarding Closing of Issue and Sale of
"7% Laxmi Sunrise Debenture 2092"
with a 10-Year Tenure and Annual 7% Interest Rate
Out of a total of 30 lakh units of debentures with a face value of Rs. 1,000/- per debenture for the "7% Laxmi Sunrise Debenture 2092" having a tenure of 10 years and an annual interest rate of 7 percent of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited, 18 lakh units were allocated through Private Placement and 12 lakh units (including 5% i.e. 60,000 units allocated for Mutual Funds) were opened for issue and sale to the general public from the date 2081 Shrawan 14. Since applications were received in excess of the demanded quantity, this notice is published to inform all concerned that the process of taking applications for the said debenture will be closed on date 2081 Shrawan 20 (after banking hours).
All C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions approved by the Securities Board of Nepal involved in this issuance process, along with their branch offices, are requested to treat this notice as official and close the collection of applications for the debentures today, date 2081 Shrawan 20 (after banking hours).
